Tonight I am going to Budapest – for the Sziget festival !

A new weekend is approaching, so I need to go somewhere. Last weekend, I’ve been to Sibiu (yes, I need to write about it), two weekends ago, I was on the Romanian seaside at a pretty luxurious hotel, now it is the case for some music action… So, this weekend brings me a new experience – I am going to Budapest for the Sziget music festival !

First of all you’ll be shocked by its dimensions (Beijing’s area is roughly about the size of Belgium), by its infrastructure (the new airport terminal is the biggest terminal in the world and the city is surrounded by not less than 5 circular highways with very many lanes), by its history (the first human settlements that were discovered are older than 5000 years), by its historic wealth that is reflected in the architecture (the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace or the legendary Great Chinese Wall) but also by the skyscrapers of the 21st Century. read more…

3820 meters above sea level, Titicaca lake is the highest navigable in the world. More than that, having a length of over 230 km, Titicaca is also the largest lake in South America.
